Texas BBQ with a Welsh accent

Texas Taff BBQ started in a back garden in Ystalyfera, Swansea. A Welshman, a smoker and a love of Texas style barbecue.

I cook at weekends alongside a full time job. Everything is done low and slow over hardwood, the Texas way, for as long as it takes. No shortcuts.

The name says it all. Texas style BBQ with a Welsh dragon on the front. What started as a hobby has turned into menu drops that sell out, pop up events across Wales and England, and a 10 out of 10 from Food Review Club and Eating With Tod on YouTube.

I'm doing all of this for my little girl. Every platter that goes out of the garden is a step towards building something for her.
