Our story
From a back garden in Wales
Texas Taff started as a weekend hobby in a back garden in Ystalyfera. One Welshman, one smoker and a love of Texas style barbecue.
Everything is cooked low and slow over hardwood. No shortcuts. What started as a hobby now sells out drop after drop.
